Registration ends tomorrow!

You can't buy tickets at the door, so tomorrow is your last chance to get a spot at the first EVER design conference in Baltimore! It's seriously going to be an incredible event.

The session topics, speakers, venue and special AIGA blend afterwards (at fab Red Maple) will make this event one you don't want to miss.

Kendall, the owner of CurlyRed, will be at the registration desk! Please say hi...she doesn't bite (hard).

Use Century Gothic and save ink!

(thanks to our former intern Becky for sending this to us!)

We are quick to say that our favorite typeface is Century Gothic...and it's pretty apparent if you take a look at our logo. It's clean, rounded, simple and elegant. But here's one more reason to love it: it uses less ink!

From an article by NPR: “The school previously used Arial for the majority of its communications, but they found that by making the simple switch [to Century Gothic], they could save up to 30% of its ink usage. The font is a good ink saving option because of its thin profile, however because the letters are wide and sits larger it can also use up more paper. A remedy for this would be to condense the character spacing and reduce the printing margins so more text can print on each page.”
